The deck is really old probably closer to the 20 year mark. I can see cracks in the surface, and I can see what I assume is black mold, We also have green moss popping up all over. There is dirt in between the boards As well.
Prep is key, meaning all the mold needs so tbe removed or killed first. ff you decide to use it, please post your results here. It’s discouraging as I don’t see any sealer recommendations that are actually great products or worth their cost.
Can composite decking rot?
